Fall Essential: Striped Peplum
Fall has officially arrived on the calendar. The rain is back this week in Seattle, and the wind has such a chill to it! Last week, however, we had sunshine and temps in the mid 70's, which is still shorts weather in my book. I purchased this black and white striped peplum top during Banana Republic's Labor Day weekend sale, and it is such a great fall basic. I love that this top combines two of my favorite trends: stripes and peplum. For this outfit, I kept it simple and casual by pairing striped peplum with red shorts and flats to run errands. I can also just as easily see dressing up this top with a pencil skirt, blazer, and pumps for work. It's so versatile!
