Valentine's Day Outfit Idea: Casual Hearts & White Booties

Valentine's Day is only about two weeks away, and I thought it would be fun to style a couple of outfits with pieces already in my closet to share with you. My hope is that these posts will provide some outfit inspiration for you! This heart dress is a fun piece I picked up at Zara last fall while visiting Montreal (see that post here). Since this dress is lightweight and a bit short, I layered a fitted red wool sweater underneath to add warmth for our current chilly days (45 degrees and rain is pretty standard for Seattle this time of year). It would be even better to layer a fitted sweater dress underneath a dress like this, if you have one! I finished the look with white ankle booties (I'm still obsessed) and one of my favorite monogrammed clutches. This outfit would be ideal for a casual date night or night out with friends.
